Job Description

Wiring TechnicianThe ideal candidate should have a steady work history that shows commitment, quality, and reliability to their work. You will report promptly to your team leader for your daily duties and will work with your team to ensure that the production goals are reached. You must have the ability to work to a high standard of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Working with a team of talented and motivated specialists, you will assist in the production of electrical switchgear products. Responsibilities:· Using hand tools for cutting, stripping, terminating of control power wiring· Using power tools for drilling, cutting tapping, riveting of electrical assemblies· Work with a team to install advanced wiring platforms for electrical switchgear.
  • Follow specific electrical diagrams and schematic to perform tasks to specification.
Requirements:· High school diploma or GED· Proven experience in the electrical field.· Previous experience accurately reading wiring diagrams and schematic, blueprints, interpret drawings and specifications.· Previous experience with using associated wiring/hand tools in the electrical industry· Recent or current electrician's license preferred.· Associates degree or technical certifications in one of the following or related fields: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, etc. preferred.· Prior experience with LV/MV Switchgear and/or control panels (Installing wiring, conducting maintenance, etc.) is preferred.
