- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various tools and equipment
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
- MUST be D1.1 and D1.5 certified
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Ability to use various welding and fabrication tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
