Come join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. The Wastewater Operator position offers various advancement opportunities and the ability to go to a full-time status as early as 90 days!
Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $19.65 - $24.77/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant, Water Filter Plant, Air Compressors, Hot Water System, Exhaust Fans, and Heaters.
- Obtaining meter readings by driving company vehicle on site.
- Enforce plant security and respond to safety, fire, and environment emergencies.
- Water testing
- Monitoring plant air pressure and water
- Assisting with interior plant air conditions
- Troubleshooting most utility problems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work well with various groups of people such as vendors, customers, associates whether individually or in a team environment
- Able to work well and communicate with production associates in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting
Pay Rate: $19.65 - $24.77/Hour
