Job Description

Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. As a Warping Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to screen printing, materials handling, quality inspection, and machining. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience operating sewing machines.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints
  • Handle materials and supplies efficiently and safely
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Perform machining tasks as needed
  • Operate sewing machines to fabricate or repair products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in screen printing techniques
  • Strong materials handling abilities
  • Attention to detail for quality inspection tasks
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
  • Experience with machining processes
  • Ability to operate sewing machines proficiently
Shift Schedule: Rotating Shift
Pay Rate: $16.70/Hour
