Job Summary: The Level One Receiving & Replenishment Associate plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring that incoming shipments are properly unloaded, verified, and moved to designated storage or replenishment areas. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a solid commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks efficiently and safely, using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed (if certified).
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Move pallets and products to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Assist with replenishing inventory to ensure product availability in picking areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in receiving and storage areas.
- Work safely at all times by following company safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.
- Promptly report any safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to leadership.
- Take ownership of product quality by identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations, particularly shipping and receiving.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Basic communication skills in English.
