Job Description
We are seeking organized individuals that can multi-task and follow directions for a 2nd Shift Tool Room Technician position located in Liberty, SC. The candidate should be able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:Able to assist with mold maintenance with supervisionIntroduction/Understanding of basic tools and useIntroduction/Understanding of operating manual Tool Room EquipmentAble to make minor repairs to die cast tooling with supervisionIntroduction/Understanding of intermediate blue print readingIntroduction of intermediate skills of trouble shooting die cast tooling problems in productionIntroduction/Understanding basic functions of die casting machinesRequired to have tool box and personal tools for class C work loadAble to lift and handle up to 75 poundsMaintain attendance according to company policyAble to work overtime if needed, including weekend & holidays
Requirements:Must be self-motivated Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work Overtime, as required Must follow the dress code: Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots, plant wide.
