General Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Load materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Textile, Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
- Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, varying temperatures, and moderate to high noise levels.
- Starting pay rates depend on exp and position $15.20 to $19.93.
