- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Textile experience is required for most positions
- Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including rotating shifts where applicable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Texturing Support – $15.53/hour-Rotating Shift
- Slashing Machine Operator- $16.73/hour-Rotating Shift
- Yarn Changer- $15.53/hour -2nd Shift
- Yarn Changer- $14.42/hour - 1st Shift
- End Changer- $16.83/hour- 3rd Shift
