Job Description
We are currently seeking a Signal Blending Operator for a client located in Simpsonville, SC. In this role you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating blending equipment to produce high-quality products according to established specifications. This role ensures accurate material handling, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards during overnight operations.

- Operate and monitor blending systems and related equipment to meet production requirements
- Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials following formulas and batch instructions
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain detailed production records, including batch logs and quality checks
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and materials
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, blending, or chemical handling experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, formulas, and safety guidelines
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, or chemicals)
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
