Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of all general plant safety rules & safety absolutes.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Meet production goals set-out by department manager.
- Follow proper policies and procedures set out by department and location.
- Knowledge of support operator policies and procedures.
- Completing daily team maintenance (DTM) activities.
- Auditing safety items in department.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift
- Ability to read and write and follow directions.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Good communication skills.
- Strong discipline.
- Weaving knowledge.
- Ability to re-reed.
