Job Description

We are  currently hiring for several  Roofing Sales Specialists (direct hire) in Easley, SC . Our client is looking to add dedicated individuals who will assist homeowners with insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.They are  committed to providing comprehensive training, making this an excellent opportunity for those without prior experience in the industry. Through a top-tier storm restoration training program, they will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills within a short period of time. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and meticulously document storm damage to residential properties
  • Educate homeowners on the claims process and facilitate restoration agreements
  • Proactively engage in marketing initiatives to generate leads and secure new clients
  • Communicate effectively with customers, via phone, in person, and email
Requirements:
  • Exceptional social skills, comfortable interacting with customers face to face
  • Motivated to exceed in door-to-door sales
  • Physical ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
  • Physical ability to move 50lbs (ladder, shingles, roofing materials)
  • Reliable transportation to travel between various job sites
  • Demonstrate independence, self-discipline, and strong time management abilities
  • Sales experience is a desirable asset, although not mandatory
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone to capture pictures and videos during home inspections
