Job Description
We are currently looking for a Reinspect Frame Operator for a client located in Simpsonville, SC. This associate will be responsible for ensuring product quality by reinspecting yarn packages after the initial winding process. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards by identifying and correcting defects before products move to the next stage of production.Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed visual and manual inspection of yarn packages on Frame 3 equipment
- Identify defects such as knots, tangles, contamination, or inconsistencies
- Rework or repair yarn packages as needed to meet quality specifications
- Remove and properly disposition defective materials
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate issues or recurring defects to supervisors and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous textile or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25–35 pounds as needed
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving
- Rotating 7/2/7/5 schedule (7 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 5 days off)
- Includes day and night shifts as part of the rotation
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
