Job Description

Phillips Staffing is hiring for a valued company in Anderson that is seeking a Purchasing Rep/Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll through ISolve Web Based Human Resources Portal
  • Set up New Materials Suppliers in Profitfab
  • Manage Profitfab Workflow system for all products produced in Fabrication and Machining Shops
  • Create Purchase Orders for materials and services
  • Order Metal Materials to produce products, monitor delivery schedule of Materials
  • Create Work orders and Routing information for each Job production
  • Manage Production scheduling to ensure timely shipments of products
  • Maintain customer drawing for repeat product manufacturing
  • Create and deliver invoices to appropriate customer account receivables department
  • Manage ISO9001 responsibilities as required by Customer and to retain ISO9001 certification
 Requirements:
  • Prior purchasing experience
  • Profitfab experience (preferred)
