Production Operator
Job Description
We are hiring Production Operators to join our client’s team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a hands-on, team-oriented manufacturing position where you'll operate industrial equipment, measure and mix raw materials, maintain production records, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and accurately.Responsibilities
Monday–Friday- 7:00 AM–3:30 PMThird Shift- $19.70+$1.00/hour shift premiumSunday–Thursday-10:45 PM–7:15 AM

- Measure and weigh ingredients according to established formulations and compliance requirements.
- Accurately follow weight and volume tolerances and perform basic math, including metric conversions.
- Operate mixers, extruders, grinders, scales, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other production equipment.
- Prepare and measure ingredients using required production forms and documentation.
- Record manufacturing data and processing results accurately.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning of production areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and production standards.
- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and procedural concerns to the Shift Leader.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain product quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable, mature, and productive work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to perform basic math and accurately measure materials.
- Previous chemical, manufacturing, paint, or powder-coating experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
