Job Description
Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assigned looms by repairing ward ends and fixing filling breaks
- Inspecting fabrics twice per shift
- Patrolling and inspecting back of looms for mat-ups, low warps and laps
- Maintaining and cataloging all loom stoppage
- Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
- Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous weaving or textile experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Follow dress code including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
