Job Description

The Debatch Operator will primarily be responsible for safely operating several high-speed de-batching machines to cut fabric to customer specifications.Responsibilities:

- Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer specifications when automated system is not available
- Use the BARCO inspection system to record defects and grade fabric for shipment
- Cross train on various high speed de-batchers using the Barco Inspection terminal
- Will be required to cross train for in-line inspection
- Ability to work closely with team members and trainer to learn all expectations and functions of the position
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to read and write and follow directions
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
