Job Description
Join a leading medical device manufacturer focused on producing life-saving technologies. We are hiring dependable individuals for Production Associate positions to support the assembly and quality control of critical medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. These are hands-on roles in a cleanroom environment with opportunities across multiple shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $15 - 17/Hour, Based on Shift and Department

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of medical device components.
- Work according to standardized procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for product traceability and quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Use computer software and electronic data collection systems as needed.
- Handle small parts and tools with care and precision.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom or highly regulated production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- No makeup, nail polish, artificial nails, or jewelry.
- No loose threads, shedding fabrics, fleece, or open-heeled/toed shoes.
- Clothing must fit cleanly under a lab coat/gown and be free of visible contaminants.
- Specific guidelines apply to head coverings and personal care products (unscented only).
- Full policy will be reviewed prior to assignment.
- 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM OR 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM OR 5:00 PM (Training on 1st shift 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM for first 2 weeks)
- 4th Shift (Weekend): Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $15 - 17/Hour, Based on Shift and Department
