Phillips Staffing is currently seeking Production Painters to become part of our team for a client based in Greenville, SC. RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING

- Operate spray painter equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products.
- Mix paints and other solutions safely and accurately.
- Monitor the drying process to ensure desired results.
- Complete finishing tasks such as baking, polishing, or other methods.
- Adhere to all required safety procedures.
- Perform manual painting tasks when necessary.
- Proficiency in operating spray painter equipment.
- Knowledge of paint mixing techniques and solutions.
- Ability to monitor and adjust drying processes.
- Skill in finishing techniques like baking and polishing.
- Strong adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality results.
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING
- High school diploma required.
- May require apprenticeship and/or formal training in the specialty area.
