Job Description
We are currently seeking a Medical Quality Technician for a client in Anderson, SC. In this role you will be responsible for supporting quality operations through the investigation, documentation, and reporting of nonconformances (NCs). This role plays a key part in in-process failure investigations, corrective actions, and product repairs while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations of nonconformances (NCs) and accurately document findings and reports.
- Assist with in-process failure investigations, including root cause analysis and repair activities.
- Support quality and manufacturing teams in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving product or process issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with quality system requirements.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy, with the ability to work well independently.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to troubleshoot if need be.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, understand, and interpret technical reports, specifications, and procedures, and to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to safely and effectively use power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to perform hands-on work in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
