Job Description
Phillips Staffing is now hiring for Production Associates for a rotating 12 hour shift for a client located in Marietta, SC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of all general plant safety rules & absolutes.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Meet production goals set-out by department manager.
- Follow proper policies and procedures and job specifications set out by department and location.
- Ability to read and write and follow directions
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted for 10-12 hour shift
- Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Attention to Detail-Thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task ensuring all aspects are reviewed.
- Adaptability-Adapts to change in the work environment
