Job Description
We are currently hiring for Production Associates for a client located in Simpsonville, SC.In this role you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of electronic components by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment.

- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Assemble electronic components and products to specification
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standards
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards
- Accurately complete production documentation and reports
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Must have the ability to work with small parts
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- 1st Shift- 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday / $17.00
- 2nd shift -3:30pm to 11:30pm Monday-Friday / $17.50 + .50 shift premium
- 3rd Shift- 11:30pm to 7:30am Sunday-Thursday / $17.00 +1.00 shift premium
- 4th Shift- 11:30pm to 11:30am Friday & Sat / $17.00+1.00 shift premium
