We are currently seeking a Plant Project Manager for our client located in Lyman, SC. This is a great opportunity to lead the manufacturing operations of a highly reputable company with a great team.

- Developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
- Assembling and leading project teams, assigning tasks, and setting clear roles and responsibilities.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks or obstacles, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Facilitating communication among BTA team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy client or stakeholder requirements.
- Identifying potential risks to project success and developing strategies to mitigate or minimize their impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field. MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in project manager role.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control techniques to monitor project expenditures, optimize resource utilization, and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Capability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals, anticipate future needs, and develop strategic plans to achieve long-term success.
