We are seeking dedicated and organized individuals that can multi-task and follow directions. The candidate should be able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure your team in compliant, determine production flow, conduct performance reviews and conduct applicable corrective action.
Inspect parts, provide troubleshooting assistance and determine the cause of performance gaps.
Ensure the documentation and accuracy of production records, such as quantities and types produced as well as quality record keeping.
Other Duties:
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company.
Promote and understand plant standards, resolve issues and set daily goals for your team.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to work Overtime, as required
Must follow the dress code: Steel Toe, ESD shoes are required, plant wide. (Safety shoes will be provided after one year of employment, if the employee is in good standing (i.e. attendance, no policy violations, etc.)).
Safety glasses and smocks will be provided for the electrical department
