In this role, you will ensure paint stations remain stocked and ready, allowing operators to focus on efficiently painting golf balls. The position requires the ability to lift materials and work comfortably in an environment where paint smells are present.

In this role, you will ensure paint stations remain stocked and ready, allowing operators to focus on efficiently painting golf balls. The position requires the ability to lift materials and work comfortably in an environment where paint smells are present.
Responsibilities:
- Pour and distribute paint at each station to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist operators by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and tools.
- Monitor and maintain the flow of materials within the department.
- Handle and transport materials safely, adhering to all protocols.
- Communicate with team members to address supply needs or operational issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move materials, up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Comfort working in an environment with paint smells (no fumes present in facility)
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, bending, and transporting materials regularly.
Pay Rate: $18/Hour
