Job Description
Phillips Staffing is looking for creative and outgoing individuals for a valued client within the Upstate Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inventory, position and maintain all plants along with associated material within the sales yard
- Maintain plant care measurements to ensure healthy plants
- Build rapport with customers based on needs and orders
- Load sales orders onto trucks for delivery/pick up with material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate paperwork for inventory control and to accurately audit associated material
- Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
- Behave in a positive manner to enhance productivity and the success of the company
- Use and operate radio communication effectively and professionally for order fulfillment
- Operate skid steer and MHE under OSHA certifications
- Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective and friendly communication skills
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to become certified to operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
- Have a flexible work schedule due to weather and work flow demand
