Job Description


 Phillips Staffing is looking for dependable and detailed oriented individuals who are adaptive to change in a medium to fast- paced environment for a leading manufacturing plant in the Upstate Responsibilities: 
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Picking and fulfilling orders from stock
  • Process packaged and various shipping orders using RF scanners 
  • Maintaining data entry for detailed and accurate inventory management
 Other Duties: 
  • Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
  • Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company
  • Excellent reading and writing proficiency for the completion of daily work sheets for productivity 
  • Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
 Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Read and write English
  • Basic math skills
  • Forklift experience
  • Strong dexterity in hands and has the ability to lift 50lbs on continuous basis
