Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $16.67/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished rolls for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform visual and manual inspections of materials and finished products.
- Identify and document defects such as inconsistencies, misalignment, or material flaws.
- Work closely with machine operators to address quality concerns and maintain production standards.
- Ensure hold rolls are properly labeled with red hold cards and stored in designated areas.
- Assist in quality audits and report non-conformances to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and production logs.
- Support production team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Basic written, communication and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Forklift experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to left 40lbs at various times throughout the day
