- Excellent interpersonal skills / team player
- Able to produce results with a minimum of supervision
- Goal and results oriented
- Ability to work effectively in various environments
- Some chemical handling is required
- Good mechanical aptitude and common sense approach to logical problem solving
- Understanding of basic math / dimensions / weights / calculations, etc.
- Ability to use computer data entry systems;
- Verified eyesight for quality inspections including microscope use
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Some physical demands in casting such as cleaning the machine while lying on the floor
- Ability to work in clean room environment / attire
Formal Education & Training:
- High School degree
- minimum of one year work experience in an industrial machine operation
