Job Description

 Production Machine Operator  Goal Task: As a Production Machine Operator, you must display strong attention to detail and quality as well as excellent communication skills. You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules. Primary Duties: 
  • Unload product from rack 
  • Inspect product for defects before loading onto machine
  • Troubleshoot problems on machine 
  • Inspect for defects before loading product into cure oven 
  • Change material on machine
  • Do periodic quality checks throughout the process, in a timely manner
  • Maintain 5S standard
  • Wear proper PPE, Safety Glasses, Gloves for oven
Job Requirements:Education: 
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED
Experience:
  • Ability to operate production machines (1 year experience) 
  • Excellent attendance and a solid work history
  • Basic Windows familiarity 
Workplace requirements: 
  • Able to stand for long periods of time at work station 5 hours
  • Good dexterity
  • Good eye/hand coordination, Attention to detail
  • Ability to bend, lift and stretch
  • Physically able to lift  10-20 lbs. on occasion 
  • Ability to successfully interface with customers, associates, and the community
