Job Description

Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in Pendleton, SC! The Lubrication Technician is primarily responsible for the routine replacement of all lubricants on machines. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Recycling of lubricants
  • Prevention and repair of minor leaks
  • Clean-up of lubricant leaks
  • Knowledge of all general plant safety rules & absolutes.
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner
  • Meet production goals set-out by department manager
  • Follow proper policies and procedures and job specifications set out by department and location.
  • Knowledge of support operator policies and procedures 
  • Completing Daily Team Maintenance (DTM) activities 
  • Auditing safety items in the department
  • Checks oil levels on weave machines; tops off oil, as needed
  • Changes weave machine oil per established schedule 
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
  • Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Attention to Detail-Thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task ensuring all aspects are reviewed.
  • Adaptability-Adapts to change in the work environment
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $16.69/Hour
