Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals for a Lab Technician role at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in Pendleton, SC! Job Summary:The Lab Technician is responsible for performing required testing for each lot processed in the lab to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Responsibilities:

- Perform required testing for each lot processed in the lab
- Operate and maintain all assigned lab equipment
- Accurately enter test results and data using computer systems
- Follow standardized testing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicate with lab and production personnel regarding test results and issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment
- Follow all safety and PPE protocols, including use of a metal glove when operating the automatic fabric cutter
- Ability to use a computer to enter data, receive emails, and navigate testing software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Able to follow written procedures and complete repetitive tasks reliably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks
- Previous experience in a laboratory or quality control environment
- Familiarity with textile testing methods or industrial lab equipment
