We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Prep Team Member to join the dining team at a college in Spartanburg, SC! This role focuses on preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting the cooking staff to ensure quality meals for students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, chop, and portion ingredients according to recipes and meal requirements
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines
- Support cooks and other kitchen staff during meal service and special events
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed
- Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen support role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Team-oriented with good communication and reliability
