Phillips Staffing is seeking a Inventory & Returns Associate to work for a reputable golf equipment distributor in Greer, SC!
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Process returned goods, inspecting items for damage or restocking eligibility and updating inventory systems accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of product movements, adjustments, and returns in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to reconcile stock variances and support inventory audits.
- Organize and label inventory areas to maintain order and improve stock location visibility and efficiency.
- Any other assigned duties that are assigned by the supervisor/lead
- Previous inventory and cycle counting experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Pay Rate: $16/Hour
