Job Description

Phillips Staffing is seeking a Inventory & Returns Associate to work for a reputable golf equipment distributor in Greer, SC!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Process returned goods, inspecting items for damage or restocking eligibility and updating inventory systems accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of product movements, adjustments, and returns in the warehouse management system.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to reconcile stock variances and support inventory audits.
  • Organize and label inventory areas to maintain order and improve stock location visibility and efficiency.
  • Any other assigned duties that are assigned by the supervisor/lead
Requirements:
  • Previous inventory and cycle counting experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be self-motivated 
  • Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $16/Hour
