Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Test Technician for a company that specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality switchgear solutions for power distribution in Gray Court, SC. This is a direct hire role with excellent benefits!

Pay Rate: $22.50 – 23.50/Hour, Based on Experience

Through meticulous testing and quality control, you will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and satisfaction of clients, embodying dedication to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete testing assignments, adhering strictly to deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Uphold and ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Interpret technical documentation, including work instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics, to verify product adherence to specifications.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance production processes and workplace safety.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to support and drive company objectives
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license.
- PLC programming and HMI design experience preferred
- Understanding of robotic kinematics
- Some experience in MIG and robotic welding preferred
- Industrial troubleshooting experience
- At least one year of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates demonstrating expertise across multiple functions or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of testing equipment, hand tools, and material handling practices.
- Ability to interpret complex schematics and troubleshoot circuit issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well in team settings.
- Basic proficiency with computers and mathematics.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and LEAN manufacturing principles.
Pay Rate: $22.50 – 23.50/Hour, Based on Experience
