Job Summary: The Grader is primarily responsible for inspecting and evaluating the quality of yarn, ensuring it meets the required standards before advancing it to customers. The job involves dyeing yarn samples, inspecting for defects, and assisting with the pull-through process.

Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspection-Examining textured yarn for defects and ensuring it meets specified standards.
- Dyeing Samples-Dyeing yarn samples to match customer specifications.
- Advancing Yarn:-Preparing yarn for the next stage of production, based on quality assessment.
- Pull-through Assistance-Assisting with the pull-through process, which may involve moving or organizing yarn.
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to read and write and follow directions
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Ability to understand and follow KDP Grader standard work procedures
- Ability to visually inspect quality
- Ability to stand and use knitter machine
- Good communication skills
