Job Summary:
The General Repair & Maintenance Worker will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility, helping ensure a clean, safe, and functional working environment. This position is also responsible for coordinating with and overseeing third-party contractors for larger maintenance and repair needs.

Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00/hour, Based on Experience

Job Summary:
The General Repair & Maintenance Worker will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility, helping ensure a clean, safe, and functional working environment. This position is also responsible for coordinating with and overseeing third-party contractors for larger maintenance and repair needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs on equipment, plumbing, electrical, and general facility infrastructure
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, unclogging drains, and painting
- Maintain tools and equipment used for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and ensure safety standards are met
- Document completed repairs and report any major issues or required improvements
- Schedule and supervise outsourced maintenance and repair work as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments or supervisors
- Keep maintenance areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- 2+ years of general maintenance or repair experience preferred
- Experience with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with outside vendors or contractors
- Positive attitude and excellent attendance record
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00/hour, Based on Experience
