Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, faculty, and staff in a courteous manner
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and meal plan transactions accurately
- Balance the register and ensure accuracy at the beginning and end of shifts
- Answer basic questions about meal plans, menu items, and dining services
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with light food service or restocking as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
- Previous cashier, customer service, or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
