Job Description


 Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented and creative individuals who are flexible to change within a medium paced environment for leading manufacturing plant in the Pendleton. Responsibilities: 
  • Remove bobbins, pirns or spindles holding fiber from a spinning frame
  • Replace empty bobbins
  • Oil/grease machine 
  • Maintain accurate information with machine operations such as number of bobbins, replacement date/time
  • Clean waste material from machine, place in proper disposal location
 Other Duties: 
  • Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
  • Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company
  • Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
 Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
