Job Description
Phillips Staffing is seeking mechanically-minded individuals for an intermediate-level Digital Finisher position with a reputable custom labeling manufacturer in the Upstate. This role offers a hands-on work environment and an opportunity to grow with a dynamic production team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate digital finishing equipment to produce high-quality label products
- Perform machine set-up, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect finished labels for quality and accuracy according to customer specifications
- Read and interpret measurements using a ruler (up to 1/16”)
- Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient production workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Must pass a Mechanical Reasoning Test (includes ruler reading, mechanical reasoning, and basic math)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
- Vision must be corrected to 20/20
- Availability for overtime as required
- Must pass two rounds of background screening and drug testing
