Job Description

Phillips Staffing is seeking mechanically-minded individuals for an intermediate-level Digital Finisher position with a reputable custom labeling manufacturer in the Upstate. This role offers a hands-on work environment and an opportunity to grow with a dynamic production team.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate digital finishing equipment to produce high-quality label products
  • Perform machine set-up, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
  • Inspect finished labels for quality and accuracy according to customer specifications
  • Read and interpret measurements using a ruler (up to 1/16”)
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient production workflow
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
  • Must pass a Mechanical Reasoning Test (includes ruler reading, mechanical reasoning, and basic math)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
  • Vision must be corrected to 20/20
  • Availability for overtime as required
  • Must pass two rounds of background screening and drug testing 
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – FridayPay Rate: $17/Hour
