Degrease / Color Operator
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Degrease / Color Operator for a client in Seneca, SC. Responsibilities
- Setup, monitor, and control the degrease machine to run parts per customer order
- Load and unload tool pans into the tub with a pan weight of 45 lbs.
- Verify parts for accuracy according to work order.
- Deliver orders to next operation.
- Ensure processing of parts pallet according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out).
- Establish good housekeeping habits and maintain SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity) requirements within your department.
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- (1) one year experience working in manufacturing environment.
- Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, stoop, climb, and walk on a regular basis up to 8 hours.
- Have the ability to prepare the required paperwork completely and accurately.
- Acceptable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
