Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate that offers an excellent company culture and various advancement opportunities! The Debatch Operator will primarily be responsible for safely operating several high-speed de-batching machines to cut fabric to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer specifications when automated system is not available
  • Use the BARCO inspection system to record defects and grade fabric for shipment
  • Cross train on various high speed de-batchers using the Barco Inspection terminal
  • Will be required to cross train for in-line inspection
Requirements:
  • Ability to work closely with team members and trainer to learn all expectations and functions of the position
  • Ability to work safely
  • Ability to read and write and follow directions
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $14.44/Hour
