Job Description
A growing manufacturer of utility and cargo trailers located in Lavonia, GA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills, as all calls must be logged into the CRM system.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable handling approximately 200-250 calls and emails daily.
- Mechanical or trailer knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Data Pro, Bazaarvoice, and Sugar CRM is a plus.
