Job Description

A growing manufacturer of utility and cargo trailers located in Lavonia, GA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry skills, as all calls must be logged into the CRM system.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Comfortable handling approximately 200-250 calls and emails daily.
  • Mechanical or trailer knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Data Pro, Bazaarvoice, and Sugar CRM is a plus.
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Pay Rate: $15/Hour
