Responsibilities:
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and planning processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of financial data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide guidance on tax planning and compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Experience in governmental accounting is a plus.
