Job Description
Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. The Catchcord Operator will be primarily responsible for picking up waste from looms, baling the waste, and completing a daily audit of safety items.
Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $16.69/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily team maintenance activities
- Audit Safety Items in department
- Pick up catchcord waste from all looms that are running on production floor.
- Pick up nylon and polyester waste from the production floor.
- Pick up filling tubes.
- Bale catchcord waste, nylon and polyester as well as empty tubes.
- Ability to read, write, follow directions and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Good communication skills and strong discipline
Pay Rate: $16.69/Hour
