Job Description

Phillips Staffing of Anderson is seeking an experienced CDL Class-A Truck Driver for a valued client in Pelzer, SC. This is a DIRECT HIRE position!Summary:Operates a Class A tractor/flatbed trailer combination unit and delivers material from our distribution center to customer locations by performing the following duties. Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Check and secure load prior to leaving yard.
  • Deliver material to customers.
  • Route Runs Daily.
  • Assist customers in unloading and identifying materials.
  • Document delivery paperwork.
  • Return unwanted material to yard.
  • Maintain clean, safe, work environment and equipment.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience:Two years of multi-stop flatbed experience preferred, but not required. Individuals must meet or exceed DOT medical requirements.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations CDL Class:A with a clean driving record reflecting adherence to DOT regulations and traffic laws.
