Blending Assistant Rotating Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a Blending Assistant for a client located in Simpsonville, SC. This role supports production operations by assisting in the preparation, mixing, and handling of raw materials used in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the blending and mixing of raw materials according to established formulas and production schedules
- Accurately weigh, measure, and stage materials for batch processing
- Monitor blending equipment and report any abnormalities or malfunctions
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and quality
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards
- Record production data, batch information, and inventory usage accurately
- Support troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE
- Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and quality teams to meet production goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and formulas
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, chemicals, etc.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
