The Bilingual Receptionist/Administrator will provide support in the following areas:
Pay Information: $16-18/Hour
Staffing Specialist Responsibilities:
Payroll Responsibilities:
Skills needed:
Perform other related duties as required by the company to maintain successful operation of the company.
The Bilingual Receptionist/Administrator will provide support in the following areas:
- On-boarding to include orientating new hires on processes and procedures for Phillips Staffing and client companies
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments for recruiters
Pay Information: $16-18/Hour
Staffing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assisting employees with completing eDocs
- Going over information with new employees including work hours, rules and processes, time submittal, call-in processes, general safety information, safety videos, etc.
- Drug testing new employees
- Performing background checks
- Completing E-Verify process
- Completing I-9 process
- Entering information in Phillips’ applicant tracking system
- Develop strong working relationships with staff members at each branch location to facilitate communication and teamwork
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Various other tasks to ensure employees are ready to begin work
- Follow best practices in regards to Human Resource relations
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that employee information is correct in system and employees are assigned to a client job
- Answering payroll questions, when necessary for employees and clients
Skills needed:
- Ability to fluently speak English and Spanish
- Microsoft office, with emphasis in Excel
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills
- Detailed-minded and ability to multi-task
Perform other related duties as required by the company to maintain successful operation of the company.
