Job Description

Phillips Staffing is seeking an assembly operator to work in a medium-to-fast paced environment. Essential Job Functions• Ability to perform repetitive rotation and movement of hands and wrists to workquickly and efficiently• Able to stand for long periods of time at work station(s)• Good dexterity• Good eye/hand coordination• Ability to bend, lift and stretch• Physically able to lift and move totes weighing 10-20 lbs. on occasion• Ability to successfully interface with customers, associates, and the community• Pleasant and tactful approach when dealing with people• Self-motivated and results oriented

 Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some manufacturing experience preferred
