Job Description
Phillips Staffing is looking energic, detailed oriented and organized individuals for fast paced environment for the leading medical parts assembler in the Upstate
Responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with machinery to provide continuous productivity
• Assemble ventilation blowers, ambient air pumps, air filtration panels, supplied air respirators and other products from parts, components and sub-assemblies
• Test assembled products for performance and compliance with product specifications
• Package and label finished product for final shipment
• Liaising with previous and next lines of production for continuous work flow
• Ability to continuously prioritize responsibilities to meet the needs of a changing environment
• Ensure all machine equipment and parts are calibrated on schedule
Other Duties:
• Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
• Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and the success of the company
• Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills using whole numbers
• Good communication skills with reading, writing and speaking English clearly
• Ability to work with small hand tools, pneumatic and electrical hand tools, calibration devices and air gauges
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions Bilingual preferred
