Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills for a leading manufacturing facility in Walhalla, SC. Come join a growing team as a 1st shift Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with general inquiries related to sales orders
  • General clerical duties such as filing and process incoming customer orders
  • Assisting with answering a multi-line phone system when needed
  • Keying new orders into our Infor Software system
  • Additional tasks may be assigned at the discretion of the Sales Manager.   
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred – At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (manufacturing environment) 
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • Knowledge with Infor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and programs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic mathematics and applications
  • Office Equipment (postage machine, fax, copier, printers, phones, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional phone and email etiquette
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Organized & Self-sufficient
  • Must be punctual

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00 – 20.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
